I recommend this to everyone, just try it and give it a chance. I’ve used Ketosource's collagen on and off for quite a few years now but in the last 3 months have been determined to use it daily. I use it in my coffee or kefir yoghurt (I have coffee about 4 times a week). Since using regularly, I’m sure my onset of arthritis has slowed as my 3 affected fingers and hip are less painful and even bend a little easier. I also upped my bioavailable turmeric and ginger a month ago and this also has helped. I’m hoping that taking this collagen daily is giving my body the super charged clean ingredients needed for it to repair. Other observations are that my sleep has improved and so has my skin over all. For reference, I'm 57, female, 80% Keto and I hope this helps you to decide to give this product a try. I also use Damien’s MCT and Acacia, all fabulous clean and trusted.
