Pure Collagen Peptides

I recommend this to everyone, just try it and give it a chance. I’ve used Ketosource's collagen on and off for quite a few years now but in the last 3 months have been determined to use it daily. I use it in my coffee or kefir yoghurt (I have coffee about 4 times a week). Since using regularly, I’m sure my onset of arthritis has slowed as my 3 affected fingers and hip are less painful and even bend a little easier.
