This product is excellent for when fasting, also I started carnivore diet and these helped transition away from sugar and carbs. 👍👌

Very satisfied with this product, excellent results

I used half a sachet in 4 cups of water and even at this dilution the solution was awful. It was nauseating sweet, the watermelon flavour was artificial and strong, and the water was somehow thick. I couldn’t drink it.

Going well started on small amount as you suggested.

I have suffered the most horrendous cramp, feet/ankles/shins/thighs/hips/ and intercostal muscle cramp that was excruciating and debilitating. After using LMNT electrolytes for a week it has virtually disappeared. I get a twinge occasionally but nothing at all compared to past episodes. These I will be re ordering. They are amazing!
