Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (BHB), the ketone body found in KetoCaNa, is used by the body's cells to increase energy production.

Drinking the powder in liquid will mimic effects that take place during fasting and the ketogenic diet. These can include improved body composition, improved exercise performance and enhanced mental abilities.

The BHB is bound to the minerals calcium (Ca) and sodium (Na). It makes the product water soluble leading to greater digestion and transportation.

It is sugar-free, caffeine free and contains no artificial sweeteners.

The main benefits of this product include:

  • Superior fuel source that can be utilized by much of the body, especially the brain muscles and heart.
  • Digestion results in greater energy production than carbohydrates or protein
  • Increase in stamina allowing for greater time to exhaustion through a reduction in oxygen consumption
  • Increase in cognition leading to better mental clarity and focus
  • Increase in ketone energy usage subsequently decreasing the depletion of muscle glycogen during exercise which prevents muscular fatigue and soreness
  • Acts as an antioxidant by increasing antioxidant production to improve overall health and recovery from exercise
  • Reduces symptoms typically experienced during adaptation to the ketogenic diet (i.e keto flu) by increasing ketone levels at a faster rate

How KetoCaNa Differs to Other Similar Products

This product comes in a powder form that is soluble in water allowing for easier digestion. It can elevate ketone bodies for up to 3 hours. It contains real BHB rather than ingredients that aim to produce BHB upon digestion.

KetoCaNa vs. KetoForce

KetoForce comes in liquid form. It uses potassium for the absorption and transportation of BHB in the body. It is recommended to take KetoForce with an acidic beverage due to its alkalinity and to enhance taste.

KetoCaNa differs from KetoForce by coming in a powdered form. It contains calcium which leads to better absorption and transportation throughout the body. KetoCaNa does not contain any artificial sweeteners and already contains a great taste.

KetoCaNa vs. Keto OS & Keto OS Charged

Keto OS and Keto OS Charged both use a blend of BHB and MCT powder to elicit a rise in blood ketone levels.

Although research does show that MCT's can produce ketones, they have been shown to cause gastrointestinal distress in some people.

Keto OS and Keto OS Charged both contain sugar to enhance the flavour of the product, which could alter the state of ketosis. Keto OS and Keto OS Charged differ due to the addition of caffeine in the charged version.

The difference between Keto OS and KetoCaNa is that KetoCaNa only contains BHB. Thus it may have a digestion benefit since MCTs can at times lead to indigestion. KetoCaNa uses calcium for better absorption and transportation of BHB.

KetoCaNa is suitable for athletes looking to increase energy and performance.

It can also be used by ketogenic dieters to adapt to diet quicker and maintain elevated levels of ketone bodies.

It is also suitable for anyone looking for benefits similar to ketogenic dieting such as increased energy, focus, or cognition and improved body composition.

Important Note: This product should be avoided by individuals with disorders making them more susceptible to diabetic ketoacidosis.
